During this retreat, we will explore the powerful nature around Lech and reconnect with the strength within us. We will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, the delicious food, and the warm welcome at Hotel Goldener Berg.
Together, we will focus on the
three sacred stages of womanhoodthat have been honored for centuries:
- The young girl
- The mother
- The wise elder
Each woman carries all three aspects inside herself — no matter her age. The more we understand and embrace them, the more we can live our full potential with clarity and strength.
There are
ancient rituals that awaken the feminine power of the womb space. These open our energy to the universal healing frequency — sometimes called the “Cosmic Mother Tongue.” Every woman will be gently reminded of her
own inner healing wisdom.
The Program
We begin on
Monday, November 17, 2025 at 12:00 PMwith a nourishing lunch. Afterwards, we open the women’s retreat with a
sacred fire ceremony.
Each morning starts with
meditation and a gentle intention for the daybefore breakfast.
Every day, we will go out into nature — regardless of the weather. The length of each walk will depend on the conditions. As we walk, we find our own rhythm. The quiet November landscape helps us to slow down and feel deep inner peace. We open ourselves to the messages and signs from
mother nature.
Throughout the days, we will weave in meditations, gentle bodywork, feminine initiation rituals,
primal mother essencesand ceremonies that fit the theme of the retreat.
This journey brings us closer to the core of our
feminine being, to our natural wisdom and rhythm. We awaken and strengthen the
healing power of the womb— gently and deeply.
In the afternoons, there is time just for you — to rest, reflect, and enjoy the relaxing wellness area of the hotel.
In the evenings, we end the day with a
gratitude ritualor a
peaceful night meditation.
Closing the Circle
On
Thursday, November 20, 2025, we meet for a final
sunrise meditation at 7.15 am. After that, the space is open for those who wish to prepare for departure.
At
12:00 PM, we gather to light a
final fire of gratitudeand close the circle together.
Each woman will receive a
Primal Mother Essence, a
Primal Mother Oilof her choice, and a
card deckto take home.
Two weeks before the retreat begins, each participant will receive a personal invitation with more detailed information.
