We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act as amended, which implements the European Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

In doing so, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 have been followed as closely as possible.

Non-accessible content
The following content is not accessible for the reasons listed below:

Incompatibility with accessibility regulations:
Our website provides PDF documents for download that are not yet fully accessible. If you need assistance with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact us at office@leadingspa.com. We will do our best to provide the content in an appropriate and accessible format.

Disproportionate burden:
Due to economic and organizational constraints, it is currently not feasible to make older PDF and Office documents (etc.) accessible.

The listed accessibility issues are being addressed and corrected on an ongoing basis.

Content not covered by applicable legal requirements:
The website contains older documents and content that are not accessible. Since they were published before June 28, 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and comprehensive updates are currently not planned.

The website also includes third-party documents and content that we neither developed, financed, nor control. We cannot make any statements about their accessibility and therefore they are also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.

Our website is constantly being improved. Usability and accessibility are of great importance to us. If you encounter any barriers on our website that hinder or limit your use, we kindly ask you to inform us at office@leadingspa.com.
