This retreat is inspired by the natural rhythms of spring - a season of renewal, vitality, and blooming. Together, we'll explore how to align your yoga practice, lifestyle, and self-care rituals with your own hormonal rhythm to feel more balanced, energized, and connected to your body.
You'll be introduced to the concept of cyclical living - understanding and honoring the natural hormonal phases of the female cycle (menstruation, follicular phase, ovulation, and luteal phase) - and how each phase can influence your energy, mood, and physical needs.

- Dynamic & gentle yoga sessions aligned with the feminine cycle
- Yin, restorative, and aerial yoga (for the first 10 to register) to support hormonal balance
- A mini-workshop on cyclical living, lifestyle & nutrition for women's wellness
- Delicious, nourishing meals and time to unwind in a beautiful wellness hotel
This retreat is open to all women - whether you're navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or simply seeking deeper connection with your body and inner rhythm.
Eileen is a 500-hour yoga teacher, certified in prenatal, postnatal, and fertility yoga, and trained in Fertility Coaching, Hormone Health, and Gut Health.
A free aerial yoga session is included for the first 10 participants.WHEN

FOR WHOMAll levels, the classes will be adapted to any level.
You can come alone and meet new people or come with a friend, your partner (kids) or family. Mum-to-be', new mums or those trying to conceive, are welcome too as Eileen is also certified in pre & postnatal & fertility yoga.

Extensive included services make relaxation in the Hotel Pfalzblick so easy. The included services are available from 3:00 pm on your arrival day until 12:00 pm on your departure day.

ABOUT ME your teacher:Eileen is an experienced 500 RYT yoga teacher also certified in Yin, Prenatal, Postnatal and Aerial Yoga and more. Her passion and style for yoga is infectious, bringing elements of flexibility, strength and balance.
This yogini's goal is to share an accessible practice, encouraging students to break through their perceived limitations both on & off the mat. She is a true believer that yoga is for EVERY BODY.
Having given birth to 2 babies, was the most transformative experience & made her re-discover yoga in a completely fresh way. It showed her what miracles the body can accomplish, connecting her with her body on a deeper level. After pregnancy she felt again like a beginner on the mat, enriching her practice & teaching with even more compassion, patience and acceptance, favoring simplicity over "acrobatics".
She speaks English, German, French, Luxembourgish, Italian and Spanish, so she can always give you additional explanations in one of these languages :)
