Summer at Lake Bostal invites you to pause and consciously reconnect - with nature, with this special place of power and, above all, with yourself. The Seezeit re.connect retreat combines our newly aligned worlds of experience with a holistic approach for body, mind and soul. Movement, mental impulses, energy work, creativity, relaxation and nature experiences intertwine and create an experiential space in which you can realign, recharge and be inspired. During these days, you will activate your foundation through grounding yoga practice, breathwork and conscious moments of silence. You will strengthen your inner and outer strength through movement, Pilates and mindful bodywork. Reiki, meditation and dance allow your energy to flow more freely again. Coaching impulses and creative vision work support you in gaining mental clarity and sharpening your intuition. At the same time, nature experiences, knowledge of wild herbs, shared enjoyment and playful moments such as an afternoon of boules open up a space for lightness, joy and connection.
