Check-in and check-out timesGood to know: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).

Arrival individually by car or train. The nearest train station is in Hinterweidenthal, 7 km from the hotel. For further travel by bus, please choose Dahn Stadtmitte as a stop (5 min. walk to the hotel) or carpool if necessary.
Cancellation conditionsFor the accommodation at the PFALZBLICK SPA RESORT, separate cancellation conditions apply.
Cancellation conditions Retreat (these also apply if the place is filled again):
- Cancellation until July 1, 2025 - 100%
- Cancellation by August 1, 2025 = 30% of the retreat price will be retained
- Cancellation by September 15, 2025 = 50% of the retreat price will be retained
- From October 1, 2025 = the full retreat price will be retained

Waiting list and further datesIf the retreat is already fully booked, please ask Beate to put you on the waiting list. Another annual circle festival retreat with Beate on the theme of "Ostara" will take place from 20.03. to 22.03.2026 at Pfalzblick. Room bookings are already possible here too.
