The program- This weekend you can expect flowing yoga classes on beat as well as powerful Hatha yoga classes for experienced yogis

The hotel early booking price advantage is always valid up to 90 days before arrival. Please note that the hotel is very popular. If you have a specific room request, it is advisable to book early.

Check-in and check-out timesGood to know: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).
Registration with separate retreat fee - your investment in yourself€ 199 per person early bird until 15.09.2026, regular € 239 per person.
This yoga retreat is limited to 15-20 participants plus the course leader. If you are unable to attend for personal reasons after booking, you can cancel your retreat package with Nina free of charge until 01.10.2026. Alternatively, you are welcome to send another dear person from your circle of family/friends as a substitute student. You can cancel a single room at the hotel free of charge up to 7 days before your retreat arrival.
About your yoga teacherI am Nina and I love yoga. Yoga found me in 2014 and hasn't let go since. I completed my training as an AYA-certified teacher in 2019 and have since attended various further training courses and workshops. My latest training is the "Inside Flow" basic training in 2023. You can visit my yoga classes in Wiesbaden and Nierstein or find me in the Rheingau and at various yoga events in the Rhine-Main area. I look forward to seeing you!
