Start 2026 with fresh energy, clear focus and a deep sense of well-being. Look forward to a perfect balance of dynamic and relaxing yoga, meditations for focus and inner peace and mindful moments that will accompany you lightly and strengthened into the new year.
The dynamic flow yoga classes include short technique training tutorials. This means that in addition to the warming, dynamic flow sequences, we take time to practise and refine selected techniques for specific asanas or asana groups. Individual variations and tips for your personal technique create the basis for your continuous and safe development, prevent injuries and correct incorrect postures on and off the mat.
You learn something new in every class, hone your personal technique and do something for your whole body. During the Yin Yoga sessions, the asanas are held for longer periods of time, performed very quietly and a lot of the time in a seated or lying position. This rather passive yoga practice perfectly balances out the powerful, active yoga sessions. Your nervous system comes to rest and helps you to relax holistically.
Your retreat is complemented by soothing wellness, excellent cuisine and inspiring exchanges - a real all-round feel-good package for body and mind. About Susanne Weisheit
Yoga should not only be good for you, it should also be fun! As an experienced, certified yoga teacher, trainer (E-RYT 500, YACEP) and owner of the Yogaplus studio in Mainz, which I founded in 2010, I accompany people on their path to more strength and balance with a lot of lightness, humor and a clear view of healthy movement. I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for more than 20 years - always with the conviction that yoga is suitable for everyday life and works without pressure to perform. There is a lot of laughter in my classes as we work together to bring more movement, flexibility and mindfulness into your life.

Individual arrival from 3.00 pm (earlier arrival and use of the spa possible - surcharge € 35 per person)
- 17.30 to 19.00 Yoga + Flow into Balance - gentle alignment and energetic arrival.
- 19.30 Dinner together at the hotel
- 8.00 to 9.30 a.m. Yoga + Energize & Focus - Dynamic practice for clarity and focus
- 9.30 a.m. Breakfast break - free time for wellness and/or hiking
- 11.30 am to 1.00 pm Clarity of Mind - Meditation and Yin Yoga for clarity and inner peace
- from approx. 1.00 p.m. free time for hiking and/or wellness
- 19.30 Dinner together at the hotel
- 8.00 to 9.30 a.m. Empower for the new year - your practice for clarity and positive energy.
- 9.30 a.m. Breakfast together

Good to know
You book the overnight stays directly through the hotel.
Our participants are provided with the hotel's break package with very generous inclusive services.
Full board and 5-course menu in the evening as well as use of the very large spa & sauna area.
Prices vary depending on the room category (please let us know directly whether you would like a single room or a double room).
Retreat fee:
Early bird price until 31.8.2025: 199,00 €
Price from 01.09.2025: 219,00 €
The retreat can only be booked in conjunction with the corresponding hotel accommodation! - The number of participants is limited. Places will be allocated according to the date of receipt of registration. A place is only reserved once payment has been received. Should the retreat have to be canceled (e.g. illness of the instructor, insufficient number of participants, etc.), we will refund 100% of the costs of the retreat.
Cancellations or rebookings are possible free of charge up to 8 weeks before the start of the event. Up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, we charge a processing fee of 60% of the participation fee in the event of cancellation. Up to 2 weeks before the start of the event, the processing fee increases to 80%. Thereafter, the full participation fee is no longer refundable, even in the event of illness. We ask for your understanding.

Check-in and check-out times
The rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).
