Enjoy your time out and experience the beneficial effects of aerial yoga on body, mind and soul. With the help of the cloth, you will be able to perform asanas that you may never have thought possible otherwise. Your spine and intervertebral discs can literally breathe a sigh of relief in the inverted positions, creating space. Relaxation and meditation are also experienced in a completely new way - light and floating.
In Aerial Yin, the cloth hangs only about 20 cm above the floor and you immerse yourself in the individual postures for about 5 minutes. The focus here is on stretching the deep layers of our tissue.
Relaxation techniques such as meditation and breathing exercises during the sessions as well as yoga nidra and sound or dream journeys in the evening, combined with high-quality essential oils, round off the program.

Tuesday

The retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners and takes place from 5 participants. Places are limited to 10 people!
Aerial yoga is not suitable for people with high blood pressure, increased intraocular pressure or during pregnancy.

The hotel booking always includes the break package including full board and 5-course menu in the evening as well as the use of the large spa & sauna area.
The hotel early booking price advantage is always valid up to 90 days before arrival. Please note that the hotel is very popular. If you have a specific room request, it is advisable to book early.

Check-in and check-out times
Good to know: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).

About the retreat leader:
I am Sonia, a family person and mother of 2 adult daughters, I like to hang in the air but also have both feet firmly on the ground.
I completed my first yoga teacher training over 2 years with more than 700 hours from 2012 to 2014 in the Sivananda tradition. Since then, I have regularly taught my own classes in my home town as well as for various studios and other providers. I like to think outside the box and have attended various further training courses in other yoga disciplines - this is how I came to aerial yoga in 2018, among other things. This play with the lightness of the element of air, but also with gravity, fascinated me from the very beginning. Since 2020 I have been offering retreats in this area and since 2022 I have been leading the Aerial Basic training for the Balance Yoga Studios in Frankfurt and Mainz.
