Spend 3 intensive days and experience a fine combination of yoga & meditation with Lisa Kauff, time for wellness, good conversation or simply to unwind.
What awaits you this weekend4 yoga sessions: Look forward to powerful, flowing vinyasa yoga in the morning and calmer yang - yin yoga / fascia yoga in the evening. The focus is on creative sequences that playfully challenge you, are fun and bring you back into inner and outer balance.Retreat level: For beginners & advanced practitioners. The retreat is unfortunately not suitable for pregnant women.The yoga sessions take place in the hotel's light-flooded yoga room with wooden sprung floor.

About the retreat leader LisaAs a certified yoga teacher (500 hrs RYT), meditation teacher and Ayurveda nutritionist, teaching yoga & a conscious lifestyle has been my heart's mission for 7 years. Before I came to yoga, I worked for 10 years in various positions in large companies until I reached a point in my life where nothing seemed to make sense anymore. In the unexpected event that I am unable to lead the retreat at short notice due to illness or other reasons, an experienced replacement retreat leader will be appointed. The content and quality of the retreat will of course be guaranteed.Cancellation conditions for the retreat fee:- Up to 35 days before: If you cancel in writing by email up to 35 days before the retreat, you will be refunded the full price minus a processing fee of 25 euros.
- 35-21 days before: If you cancel between 35 and 21 days before the retreat, 50% of the retreat fee will be retained.
- Later than 21 days in advance: 80% of the retreat fee will be retained if you cancel later than 21 days in advance.
Please note the hotel's cancellation conditions separately.I recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
