Saturday, March 7 - Balance & new beginnings- 8.00 a.m. "Morning Glow" - Meditation & Yoga: We welcome the day with a practice full of clarity, lightness and inner alignment.
- 11.30 a.m. Neurotree: We draw our own neurotree - using the neurographic method. You connect lines, shapes and intuitive strokes in such a way that inner blockages are released, new paths become visible and your subconscious supports you as you grow. A creative process that gives you clarity, strengthens you and allows your vision to take root.
- Time for yourself - nature, spa or quiet moments.
- 18.00 "Welcome Spring" ritual: An evening ritual that connects you with the forces of new beginnings. In meditation and intention, you plant the seeds for your year and call spring into your life.
Sunday, 8.3. - Blossoming & homecoming- 8.00 "Breath of Spring" - Meditation & Yoga: An invigorating session that lets your energy blossom and carries you into harmony.
- 11.00 "Walking in fullness" - Closing circle: A moment of gratitude and integration. What you have received here will accompany you into your everyday life as a shining seed.
- Departure - The spa area is available to you for the whole day on Sunday before you start your journey home.

Check-in and check-out timesGood to know: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).

Arrival individually by car or train. The nearest train station is in Hinterweidenthal, 7 km from the hotel. For further travel by bus, please choose Dahn Stadtmitte as a stop (5 min. walk to the hotel) or carpool if necessary.
Cancellation conditionsFor the accommodation at the PFALZBLICK SPA RESORT, separate cancellation conditions apply.
Cancellation conditions Retreat (these also apply if the place is filled again):
- Cancellation until December 1, 2025 - 100%
- Cancellation by January 1, 2025 = 30% of the retreat price will be retained
- Cancellation by February 15, 2025 = 50% of the retreat price will be retained
- From March 1, 2025 = the full retreat price will be retained
