Daily gong sessions and inspirationsYou will experience the sound and vibrations of the large gong several times a day. Alexander gives you short inspirational impulses to take with you on your way. In the evening, you go into your night with the vibrations of the gong. The individual gong sessions build on each other and thus strengthen their effect on body, mind and soul.
Your body will resonate with them. The heartbeat slows down, the brain has fewer impulses to process and the nervous system calms down. It is like an inner readjustment. Participants react very differently to the gong sessions: some are full of new energy and ideas. Others enjoy the lasting state of newfound calm and want to carry it with them for as long as possible. It all depends on your own personality.
Your companionPeople with permanent stress, lack of drive, burnout, crises of meaning and sleep disorders come to Alexander. As a mental counselor, he accompanies them individually to find a meaningful life with energy and joy. As a gong player and trainer, he passes on his methods and playing techniques to therapists, doctors, coaches and sound users.
Alexander lives with his family between Munich and Lake Chiemsee in Upper Bavaria. From there he travels to his clients, companies and training sessions.
