Soothing yoga for the backIn this fall retreat, the focus is on strengthening and toning the back of the body. You will learn simple and effective exercises that make the spine more flexible. Teaching a good inner attitude, precise alignment of joints and an understanding of body energies will help you get deeper and more fulfilling yoga poses, preparing you for the journey inwards, to your own center.
Yoga means being in the moment. It is an encounter with ourselves. We experience our body, observe our peaceful breathing, our thoughts and let it happen.
Daily scheduleFriday 18.09.2026 Arrival day from 3 pm. Earlier arrival and spa use possible (surcharge of 35.00 euros) If possible, take Friday off and return home on Sunday evening. Take the opportunity for an early or late check-in and check-out
Check out in the beautiful spa area throughout the day, both on Friday and Sunday. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 6 p.m. (plus €35 per person).
- 17.00 -18.00 Welcome, preparation with keys (warm-up and stretching)
- 18.00 - 19.00 Yoga practice - back yoga for a healthy alignment. A calm sequence that focuses on precise alignment so that energy flows, tension is released and harmony is created. The breath leads the movement!
- 19.00 hrs Dinner together / 4-course menu
Saturday 19.09.2026
- 8.00 - 9.30 a.m. Key practice, opening the body, warming up and stretching. Morning meditation - How the breath calms the mind.
- 11.00 - 12.30 Hiking - the forest makes you happy. The green environment draws the tension out of the body and brings peace to the mind. While hiking we integrate walking meditation and eye yoga.
- from 12.30 Lunch - free time (massages, spa)
- 17.30 - 19.00 hrs. Yoga practice in the afternoon Strengthen the back - focus on the well-being of the back. Tools, two blocks and a belt are used.
- From 19.30 Dinner together
Sunday 20.09.2026
- 8.00 - 9.30 a.m. Yoga practice - creating a foundation of stability and lightness, optimally aligning and perceiving the joints. Building our inner joy on this foundation, breath-led and mindful. This creates a feeling of lightness.

Check-in and check-out timesGood to know: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).
