This winter retreat is the perfect getaway - get out of winter and into a warm, cozy nest with nourishing food, yoga sessions and a sauna area to warm you up. Here you can switch off and leave your everyday life at home. This time is just for you and your needs!
On this retreat you can look forward to finding peace, deepening your practice, connecting with others & yourself. During this time you have enough space for yourself and your needs, no obligations and you can just be.

Location
Away from the hustle and bustle, the 4-star superior Hotel Pfalzblick is idyllically situated in the Dahner Felsenland region with sweeping views over the Palatinate Forest. As soon as you enter the hotel, you are immersed in an absolute feel-good ambience...
All rooms have a balcony or terrace as a private retreat. The garden with sun loungers, sun islands and lounges, old trees and a picturesque little river invites you to unwind.

Teacher
The retreat is led by Vanessa. She has more than 700 hours of training in yoga, personal training and Thai massage and has been teaching yoga classes with a focus on healthy alignment and connection to the body and self since 2021. She runs her own yoga studio with a variety of weekly yoga classes. Vanessa's classes are loving and uplifting, making all participants feel welcome.

Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the retreat, you can cancel the retreat:
- up to 8 weeks before arrival: no costs
- up to 6 weeks: 60%
- thereafter 80% of the agreed price
Please note that the hotel has a separate cancellation policy.
The deposit for the retreat is non-refundable.
