Through health-promoting nutrition, the use of fasting methods, structured exercise and relaxation techniques, you will learn how to strengthen your resilience in everyday working life and stay healthy and productive in the long term.
What can I expect?During our five-day training seminar, you will acquire various skills for coping with stress in everyday working life with the help of nutrition and fasting methods as well as exercise and relaxation strategies in around 40 teaching units. A varied seminar program consisting of specialist lectures and workshops combined with informative themed walks and practical relaxation exercises awaits you every day.

start on Sundays at 3.00 pm with a short hike and
end on Fridays at approx. 11.00 am after breaking the fast.
Check-in and check-out times:You can check into your room as early as 3.00 pm on the first day and may occupy your room until 12.30 pm on the last day.
