NADINE WEILAND
As a certified yoga teacher (500h+), I have been teaching Vinyasa Yoga with great passion for more than 20 years. My classes are characterized by flowing sequences, mindful moments and a focus on physical and mental balance. In addition to my work as a yoga teacher, I also work as a lecturer for yoga teacher training courses and at a dual university.
I invite you to a wonderful Yoga & Wellness Retreat at the 4* Superior Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort.

Personal support during the weekend.

YOUR ROOM
Look forward to your cozy and modern feel-good room including your own bathing bag with sauna towels and terry cloth bath slippers as well as a bathrobe. Here you can really enjoy your well-deserved time out.
You book your room directly through the hotel AFTER you have registered with me for the retreat.
Please make sure you indicate that you are a participant in my retreat so that the rooms can be allocated.
The room price depends on the room category you choose.
INCLUDED SERVICES
Rich gourmet breakfast from 7.30 to 10.30 am.
Hot drinks, water and juices from 7:30 to 22:00 in the restaurant.
Hearty snack from 12:00 to 15:00 in the gourmet market in the restaurant.
Coffee, a variety of teas and cakes from 12.00 to 16.30 in the Genussmarkt in the restaurant.
Snacks in the spa bistro "Pausenraum" from 12:00 to 17:00; hot drinks, water and juices from 7:00 to 17:00 in the spa bistro.
From 6.00 pm, varied 5-course menus with a generous selection in the Genussmarkt and table service.
Non-alcoholic soft drinks (water, juices, soft drinks) throughout your stay from the vending machines in the restaurant, spa bistro and on the sauna island, as well as at the bar and in the minibar in your room.
Drinks service at the table will be charged.
YOGA
Yoga sessions take place in the hotel's beautiful yoga room with wooden floor.
The evening yoga sessions are grounding and relaxing, while the morning sessions are more dynamic and energizing.
The level of the yoga classes is medium, so it is advisable that you either have some experience of Vinyasa yoga or some previous experience of sport.
FEE FOR THE RETREAT
The retreat is only available as a package. Individual weekend courses cannot be booked and the retreat can only be booked with hotel accommodation.

29-14 days before:
50% of the retreat fee
13-8 days before:
80% of the retreat fee
7 days before:
100% of the retreat fee
Please note that the hotel has its own cancellation policy for room bookings.
Recommendation: Travel cancellation insurance can be a good protection in case of illness.
