Are you in need of a relaxing little break, a feel-good weekend at the beautiful Wald Spa Resort Pfalzblick in Dahn?Let the light fill your body, mind and soul with warmth and recharge your batteries with new energy.Feel cordially invited to switch off from everyday life for once and give yourself the gift of relaxation, wellness and lots of time for yourself and yoga in the spirit of midsummer.What can you expect?- You will stay in an exclusive 4-star superior wellness hotel with a forest spa in the Palatinate Forest Nature Park biosphere reserve.
- Relax and unwind in a wonderful large wellness area - both indoors and outdoors!
- Look forward to culinary highlights: In the morning, a rich gourmet breakfast (7.30 - 10.30 a.m.) with vital and fresh dishes awaits you, throughout the day there are savory or sweet snacks and drinks and in the evening, from 6 p.m., varied four-course menus with vegan and vegetarian options including intermediate courses.
- Incidentally, all non-alcoholic refreshments (water, juices, soft drinks), coffee specialties and teas in the restaurant, spa bistro and on the sauna island as well as at the day bar, in the fireplace lounge and also in the minibar in your room are free of charge throughout your stay!
- You will find new energy and relaxation in joyful and varied yoga classes that are suitable for all levels. Appropriate equipment is available in the beautiful, bright yoga room!
- On hikes on dream trails in the Felsenland, you will be close to nature and breathe in the fresh forest air.

You will receive the yoga offer for a donation of 60 euros, which will go to the Children's Hospice and Palliative Care Service Saar. This is to be paid separately to Sabine Himbert (a donation box is provided on site) and is not included in the room price.Please note that you register for the yoga retreat with Sabine, while you book your accommodation directly with the hotel.I look forward to seeing you!

Good to know:The rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).
Registration for yoga
The yoga weekend takes place with a minimum of 10 participants and can only be booked in combination with the hotel.
Please note: This retreat is currently fully booked with 20 yogis.
However, it sometimes happens that 1-2 people have to cancel for personal reasons.
