As a certified yoga teacher (500h+), I have been teaching Vinyasa Yoga with great passion for more than 20 years. My classes are characterized by flowing sequences, mindful moments and a focus on physical and mental balance. In addition to my work as a yoga teacher, I also work as a lecturer for yoga teacher training courses and at a dual university.
I invite you to a wonderful Yoga & Wellness Retreat at the 4* Superior Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort.

YOGA
Yoga sessions take place in the hotel's beautiful yoga room with wooden floor.
The evening yoga sessions are grounding and relaxing, while the morning sessions are more dynamic and energizing.
The level of the yoga classes is medium, so it is advisable that you either have some experience of Vinyasa yoga or some previous experience of sport.

The retreat is only available as a package. Individual weekend courses cannot be booked and the retreat can only be booked with hotel accommodation.
