Sunday- 18:00 Welcome of all Soulflow participants in the yoga room (5th floor, approx. 30 min.)
Monday- 08:15 am: Warrior flow with variations (approx. 60 min., Sonja)
- 11:00 a.m.: Mindfulness walk (approx. 120 min., Sonja)
- 15:30: Yin yoga with sound bath (approx. 90 min., Elena)
Tuesday- 08:15 am: Hatha Yoga, (approx. 60 min, Sonja)
- 14:00: Yoga workshop "Better Together" (approx. 120 min., Melanie)
Wednesday- 08:15 am: Happy Hips - hip opener (approx. 75 min, Melanie)
- 14:00 + 15:00: Aerial Yoga (approx. 45 min session, 2 groups of 10 people, Olga)
Thursday- 08:15 am: Hatha meets Vinyasa (approx. 60 min, Melanie)
- 15:00: Yin-Yoga grounding (approx. 60 min, Lisa)
Friday- 08:15: Mantra-Yoga-Flow to Haromium sounds (approx. 60 min. session + short conclusion, Melanie)

Health advice and clothingGood to know: Please inform your teacher or take a break during individual lessons if you have any health restrictions. Singing bowl classes are not suitable for people with hearing aids or pacemakers.
All yoga sessions can be attended by advanced yogis as well as athletic beginners.
Depending on the structure of the class, some of the aerial yoga sessions involve inverted postures. To protect yourself and the cloth: Please refrain from wearing jewelry, clothing with zippers or sleeveless tank tops during aerial yoga.
Please be prepared for the classes to vary and for it to be warmer (more dynamic class) or cooler (yin yoga/final relaxation) depending on the type of class. We recommend wearing clothing according to the onion principle. You are welcome to bring a vest/sweater that you can put on and take off comfortably over your yoga shirt. There are also plenty of woolen blankets in the room.
Yoga is usually practiced barefoot, without shoes or socks. For gentler practices such as yin yoga or sound relaxation, you are welcome to bring thick, cozy socks.
For the gentle mindfulness hike, we recommend closed-toe/safety shoes.
Take some time out for yourself!All program points are voluntary and participation is not compulsory. Please also note the other events at the PFALZBLICK WALD SPA RESORT such as sauna infusions and wine tasting in our
weekly vacation program. You are also cordially invited to attend. You are welcome to take individual breaks and visit the public wellness areas according to your needs.
