- The fasting hikes begin on Sundays at 4:00 p.m. with a short hike and end on Fridays at approximately 11:00 a.m. after breaking the fast.
- You may check into your room as early as 3:00 p.m. on the first day and may stay in the room until 11:30 a.m. on the last day.
