Sunday- 6:00 PM Welcome for all Sunflow participants in the yoga room (5th floor, approx. 30 min.)
Monday- 8:15 a.m.: Classic Yoga Sun Salutation with variations (approx. 60 min., Sonja)
- 11:00 a.m.: Mindfulness walk (approx. 120 min., Sonja)
- 3:30 p.m.: Yoga Meets Functional Mobility (approx. 90 min., Oliver/Henri)
Tuesday- 8:15 a.m.: Core Stability Yoga (approx. 60 min, Sonja)
- 3:00 PM + 4:00 PM: Suspension Meditation in a Towel with Gong (approx. 45 min./session, 2 groups of max. 10 people each, Henri)
Wednesday- 8:15 a.m.: Hatha Yoga (approx. 75 min., Melanie)
- 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.: Aerial Yoga (approx. 45 min. per session, 2 groups of max. 10 people each, Olga)
Thursday- 8:15 a.m.: Hatha Meets Vinyasa (75 min., Melanie)
- 3:00 p.m.: Yin Yoga Heart Opening (approx. 90 min, Vanessa)
Friday- 8:15 a.m.: Mantra Yoga Flow to the Sounds of the Harmonium (approx. 60-min. session + brief wrap-up, Melanie)

Health Information and ClothingGood to know: Please inform your instructors or take a break during individual classes if you have any health restrictions. The singing bowl session is not suitable for those with hearing aids or pacemakers.
All yoga sessions are equally suitable for both advanced yogis and athletic beginners.
Depending on the class structure, aerial yoga may involve some inverted poses. To protect yourself and the fabric: Please refrain from wearing jewelry, clothing with zippers, or sleeveless tank tops during aerial yoga.
Please be aware that classes vary, and depending on the type of class, the room may sometimes be warmer (for more dynamic classes) or cooler (for Yin Yoga or final relaxation). We recommend dressing in layers. Feel free to bring a vest or sweater that you can easily put on and take off over your yoga shirt. There are also plenty of wool blankets available in the room.
Yoga is usually practiced barefoot, without shoes or socks. For gentler practices such as Yin Yoga or sound relaxation, feel free to bring thick, cozy socks.
For the light mindfulness walk, we recommend closed-toe, sturdy footwear.
Take some time for yourself!All program activities are optional; participation is not required. Please also check out the other events at our PFALZBLICK WALD SPA RESORT, such as sauna infusions and wine tastings in our
weekly vacation program. You’re also warmly invited to join us for those. Feel free to take your own breaks and visit the public wellness areas as needed.
