Saturday - Letting go & transformation- 07:45-09:00 (75 min.) Dynamic Year Reset - Meditation & Power Flow: A dynamic meditation with powerful elements, inspired by Osho and Kundalini techniques - dance, clear, energetic and grounded, followed by a formative Vinyasa Flow with twists that invites you to consciously go through your year, release tension and create space inside. ✨ Clarification. If you can, take Friday off and don't come home until the evening on Sunday. Take the opportunity for early and/or late check-in & out and use the beautiful spa area all day Friday and Sunday.

About the retreat leader Elena KuhlmannSince 2018 I have been sharing my passion for yoga as an AYA certified yoga teacher, now with over 500H, meditation teacher, yin yoga teacher and founder of the brand "Wein Yoga by Elena" I love to explore the diversity of yoga and to find and pass on the experiences of my journey and the balance and equalization of all qualities in every moment. I love to be a part of your journey. In my classes you can expect not only physical movement, but also a journey to your heart. I like to combine dynamic asanas with breathing techniques and meditation, regenerating yin yoga and sounds that touch you deeply. Wine yoga for the senses and absolute joie de vivre. Every class is an invitation to meet yourself and to go deeper into your innermost pure self.
