In this three-day yoga retreat, you can expect well-founded practices that are suitable for everyday life and combine breathing and bodywork in a solid way. This retreat is aimed at anyone who wants to use yoga as a tool for more health, balance and joie de vivre - without an esoteric approach.You can expect:- Varied yoga sessions: We practice Yin Yoga, supplemented by fascia rolling elements, Hatha Yoga, flowing Vinyasa series & Functional Yoga/ Mobility Moves
- Simple and effective: The focus is on basics, consistency and simplicity so that you can integrate the content into your everyday life in the long term.
- Individually tailored:
- Whether you are a beginner, advanced or recreational athlete - the asanas (exercises) are designed so that they can be adapted to your level.
- Goal-oriented: Yoga as a balance to sporting activities, to support age-related limitations or simply for a more fulfilling life.
This retreat is for you if you want to learn how to sustainably improve your well-being through targeted breathing and bodywork. Look forward to three days that address and strengthen body, mind and soul in equal measure.The program:Friday- Arrival from 3 pm. Earlier arrival and use of the spa possible (surcharge 35 euros)

Saturday- 07.30 Breathing meditation
- 07.45 am Breathwork "Clarity"
- 08.10 a.m. Wake Up Yoga, classic asanas combined with functional mobility moves
- 09.15 am Breakfast
- FREETIME (spa, treatments, nature, individual coaching if required)
- 3 pm 120 min. yoga session "Healthy Spine - focus on posture and freedom of movement"
- 7 p.m. Dinner
- 9 p.m. 60 min. Good Sleep Yin Yoga - deep relaxation at the end of the day

I use it to consciously give my mind and body time and attention. Yoga offers me a holistic physical balance to my sports such as jogging, climbing, surfing, tennis, volleyball and golf.This allows me to compensate for one-sided, sport-specific wear and tear on my muscles, spine and joints and prevent injuries. In my view, yoga is a highly effective remedy for stress and chronic back pain.I summarize my guiding principle as follows: "Every body is unique - your body, your yoga". I encourage my yogis and yoginis to find their inner yoga teacher, to treat their own body with respect and to listen to its signals.
