SchedulePreparation- About 1-2 weeks before the retreat, you will receive valuable insights and a small exercise to help you tune into the shared journey.
Day1:- From 1:00 PM: Individual conversations (depending on arrival time)
- 5:00 - 6:30 PM: Introduction and getting to know each other
- 6:30 - 7:00 PM: Welcome drink by the fire pit, followed by a shared dinner
Day 2:- 8:00 - 8:30 AM: Walking meditation
- 8:30 - 9:30 AM: Shared breakfast
- 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Introduction to the Enneagram, including the test, triads, and the 9 types
- 12:00 - 1:00 PM: Shared lunch
- 1:00 - 4:00 PM: Practical exercises and deepening
- 4:00 - around 5:30 PM: Reflection time with a walk or at the spa
- Around 5:30 - 7:30 PM: Visit to Skyspace Lech for sunset, followed by a shared dinner
Day 3:- 8:00 - 8:30 AM: Walking meditation
- 8:30 - 9:30 AM: Shared breakfast
- 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Theory and practice with guided self-observation
- 12:00 - 1:00 PM: Shared lunch
- 1:00 - 3:00 PM: Integration of insights – transforming them into strengths
- 3:00 - 5:00 PM: Closing session: Application in everyday life and personal growth
Day 4:- Time for you to integrate at this powerful place in the mountains
Follow-Up Group Coaching:- About 2-4 weeks after the retreat, we invite you to a virtual follow-up session to deepen your insights and continue integrating them into your everyday life.
Included services:- Your desired room for 3 nights with 3/4 pampering board
- 2.5 full days of seminar content, always with a view of the mountains and ideally outdoors in nature
