The MentalSpa resort offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on over 700m². In the wellness area, which extends over two floors, you will find an indoor pool (approx. 30°C) with panoramic views, a sauna area with Finnish sauna, panorama sanarium, infrared sauna, brine and aroma steam bath and foot Kneipp pool as well as a relaxation room with tea bar and towels for free use. From the spa area you have direct access to the wellness garden on the edge of the Fritschen forest.

It combines classic wellness & health treatments with psychosocial counseling from various fields, such as mental & systemic coaching, psychological counseling, life & business counseling, burnout prevention, as well as nutrition & exercise training. In addition, health, resilience and regeneration measurements are carried out using medical biofeedback, e.g. in the area of heart rate variability (HRV), sleep apnea measurement, as well as training in the area of regeneration, including respiratory sinus arrhythmia, breathing training and mental, emotional and physical relaxation training. The aim of is to sustainably improve the quality of life with individual and personalized short-term interventions in the protected setting of a wellness vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.

With a spacious wellness area, several saunas and the combined indoor and outdoor pool with a length of 25 meters, the habicher hof is a place to take a deep breath and relax. The habicher hof is your feel-good hotel in the Ötztal - for over 60 years.

Not only are the hotel's 67 rooms and suites spacious, but also the entire 130,000 square meter hotel park. There is plenty of space in the coastal forest for vacation apartments and separate country houses, many of which are traditionally thatched. Guests decide for themselves how much hotel service they want.

Relaxation and slowing down or sporting power, active vacations and exercise in nature - the boundaries are fluid here, one thing leads to another. Optimal conditions have been created for this: the FISCHLAND SPA- & SPORTWELT with 4500 square meters, which is unparalleled on the Baltic Sea coast. The Fischland shares thedunes, pine forest and long beachwith its sister hotel, the Strandhotel Dünenmeer. Guests can enjoy all of the resort's amenities on both sides. The 800 meters between the hotels can be bridged by a shuttle service if required - or a walk.
