The gourmet restaurant “Apicius” is awarded with a Michelin Star. In both restaurants products from the garden are used: eggs from the own free-range chickens, herbs and vegetables from the own garden and the greenhouse. This spa resort offers a retreat in the heart of nature and a prominent location on a small, wooded headland in the county of St. Wendel with views over Lake Bostalsee. Its closeness with the surrounding region and the creative mindset of hosts Kathrin and Christian Sersch are evident throughout the entire hotel. Guided by their motto “Real beauty.
