No (wellness) wishes remain unfulfilled in the impressive 2,500 square meter spa area. In the sauna world, a wide variety of saunas from Finnish to organic to infrared ensure well-being. The undisputed highlight of the spa area is our 130 square meter heated infinity pool, which invites you to relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the beautiful Moselle valley. But the special view is also guaranteed in other areas. A relaxation room with hanging chairs and sand play as well as day beds and cozy corners invite you to pause and relax. If you want to cool off, you can enter the icy snow room or use the ice fountain. A Kneipp pool, a yoga room, private and lady spa, wellness packages, beauty treatments, massages and wavebalance® rituals round off the extensive wellness offer.

Culinary highlights
Experience a perfect symbiosis of wellness, relaxation and indulgence in the exclusive restaurant "Zum Schlösschen", the culinary heart of the resort. Local and seasonal ingredients are arranged to create visually appealing culinary delights. Pure, uncomplicated, modern - often with a twist and nuances from distant lands. As the Moselle is considered the most important wine-growing region in Germany, head chef Kristof Nemes compiles the entire menu in close collaboration with hotel manager Marcel Burbach, who is a proven wine connoisseur and lover. If you want to treat yourself to a nightcap in the evening after feasting in a sophisticated atmosphere and with lively conversation, then Betty's Bar is the place for you. Betty Langner, probably the coolest barkeeper on the Moselle, mixes the best drinks with personal finesse.

The spacious property has 111 rooms and suites in an impressive Art Nouveau building ensemble. The Gästehaus Halenberg welcomes arrivals in the spacious foyer, whose eye-catcher is God Bacchus, carved out of stone and enthroned above a soothingly rippling fountain. Guests can choose between modern rooms and suites in the Halenberg guest house and the tastefully furnished romantic rooms in the original guest houses. The detached Heimat & SPA Lodges on the mountain offer a very individual and discreet type of vacation.

Like the Gästehaus Halenberg, the SPA Frühlingsplätzchen is named after one of the premium vineyards on the Nahe. Covering an area of approx. 3,500m², the SPA is a wonderful place to relax in Finnish saunas, a bio sauna, steam baths, an indoor pool and whirlpool as well as five differently designed relaxation rooms. The wellness offer is complemented by outdoor attractions such as the Hubertus sauna, the 20-metre-long heated outdoor pool and the SPA garden by the river. In 2020, the exclusive Prana SPA celebrated its opening. It is dedicated to the "activation of energy centers", individual chakra work, meditation and aerial yoga.

The multi-award-winning wellness resort in the heart of Rhineland-Palatinate owes its fame not least to its exquisite cuisine: in addition to the Villa restaurant and the Hermannshof gourmet restaurant, the Jungborn attracts guests from near and far. For many years in a row, it has held the coveted Michelin star under the direction of chef Philipp Helzle. The newest event venue at BollAnts in Bad Sobernheim is the LINDEN bar & lounge. Heaven & Hell is the name of the spectacular, free-floating, two-storey wellness platform in steel construction, which is connected to the hotel's relaxation room via a filigree footbridge and offers guests new perspectives of well-being. The view sweeps far across the valley and mountains to the most beautiful natural wonder in the world: the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site. While the pleasantly warm water of the lounger or seated whirlpool on the upper floor gently caresses the body, those seeking peace and quiet sink into the beauty of nature and believe they have arrived in heaven. One floor below, where gravity seems to have been defied, wellness is turned on its head. In Hell, as the nude area is called, it gets really hot. In addition to two saunas and a nude whirlpool, guests can expect a cold chamber and, of course, a heavenly view of the mountains.
