Reason enough to just try it once....and it doesn't necessarily have to be a porridge, it can also be e.g.
Oatmeal Breakfast for 2:
- Ingredients: 1 cup of rolled oats, 2 cups of water or vegetable drink, fat (oil, butter)
- Preparation: Cover the flakes with water the night before and soak them or put them in a saucepan and bring to the boil with water or plant drink, briefly cook the fruit and nuts or add them fresh, don’t forget the fat (so that the oats can be digested well)
- Tips for above and beyond: tigernut flakes, roasted pistachios, dried fruits (apricots, dates, figs...), whole or grated nuts, kernels and seeds, goji berries, any kind of fruit puree, coconut milk
