Milk contains a lot of the amino acid tryptophan, which in turn is converted into the sleep hormone melatonin and thus promotes falling asleep.

At the same time, milk has the property of nourishing (milk is a food and we should value it accordingly). With a dry cough, milk and honey moisten the mucous membranes.

If the digestive fire is weak, goat or sheep's milk should be used instead of cow's milk!

Tip: In the evening before going to bed, drink a glass of warm milk (organic quality) and a spoonful of honey in sips.
