The weekly culinary programme of the Zürserhof is equivalent to a gourmet tour. Alongside the traditional Austrian buffet, fondue chinoise, Mediterranean evening and a gala dinner is once a week another attractive highlight with the opulent dessert buffet.
With a phenomenal 200 exquisite cheese specialities from throughout the world, the Zürserhof cheese buffet is worth a little sin here and there. Anyone who is simply unable to decide between mature Brie, fine blue mould cheeses, domestic mountain cheese or exotic cheese is best advised to consult the cheese sommelier.

Here in the Zürserhof, this pleasure experience is guaranteed not to go amiss. We have stocked our cellar with a fine selection of the best and most refined wines. After a look at our wine menu, you can enjoyably begin with a foray through the most famous winegrowing regions in the world. In the process, our sommelier will be delighted to recommend the perfect wine to suit the menu and your personal preferences.
Allow the evening to draw to a pleasant close with a wonderful digestif at our bar. Or, should you prefer an old whisky from the Scottish Highlands, a fine cognac, a refreshing mojito or an exotic cocktail, our head bartender will be pleased to advice you with his extensive knowledge.
The sun terrace of the Zürserhof is one of the most beatiful in the Arlberg region. Dream location, uninterrupted panoramic views and sunshine all day long – if you don't take a little break on the sun terrace you only have yourself to blame.
And you will have missed something rather wonderful. Those who know our hotel and the Arlberg region have always been timing their day of skiing so that at lunchtime they are near the Zürserhof terrace. The seats are very sought after. This may partly be due to the merits of the spacious sun terrace itself, but it also has a lot to do with the culinary delicacies from the Zürserhof kitchen that help you charge up your energy for the second half of the day. Quite often we also see our guests swap their skis and snowboards for a comfortable deck chair after lunch – and of course be spoilt by the Zürserhof crew.
