The hotel boasts a modern atmosphere and design, and is a unique example of innovative architecture in South Tyrol. The house fits in harmonically with its surroundings which still retain their original charm which dates back to the 19th century. The hotel is proud of its original design, with lively colours, carpets made from cow leather, lamps made of deer antler and many other fascinating details for you to discover. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, so that you will feel right at home from the moment you arrive at the hotel.

Respiration is the very soul of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and will be the main theme of our Yoga Days. The daily practice includes a morning session of dynamic Asanas (postures) of the first series of Ashtanga Yoga. In the afternoon, the focus is on pranayama (breathing exercises), mindfulness and restorative yoga. This will gradually lead us into deep relaxation. Each day we will alternate between Yin & Yang, experiencing the intensity of the morning practice and the deep relaxation of the afternoon practice.
NEW in this Yoga Days edition: Two daily Detox moments thanks to Energy Shots and a special sauna infusion for all the participants.

Besser als im Hotel Therme kann man nicht mehr urlauben. Hier stimmt alles: Lage, Service, Sauberkeit, die neuen Zimmer im 3. Stock, der Sky Pool, die Anbindung an die Therme Meran, die Palm Bar mit einer sehr motivierten Mannschaft unter Barchef Aaron, das Frühstück und vor allem das hervorragende Abend Menü! Wir waren wieder sehr begeistert!

Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet - wir hatten uns zwar auf schöne Tage im HTM eingestellt... doch unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen! Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte HTM-Team für diese wundervollen Tage. Wir haben uns gleich bei der Anreise sehr willkommen gefühlt, das Zimmer war wunderschön, das Frühstück war wundervoll vielfältig, das (Abend-)Essen (die Menü's) waren überragend (wir finden Sterne-Niveau auf sehr sympathische Art), jeden Abend gab es ein sensationelles veganes Menü. Und die Nachtische - Patisserie vom Feinsten. Alle Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr professionell, herzlich und nahmen ihre Aufgaben sehr ernst... es lag ihnen wirklich am Herzen, uns als ihre Gäste den Aufenthalt so angenehm und schön wie möglich zu machen. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Sky-Spa-Sauna-Fitness-Pool-Bereich wunderwunderschön mit tollem Blick, alles in schönem Design und Vieles ist wirklich durchdacht: z. B. der Fitnessbereich ist wirklich nicht nur ein \"Pseudobereich\" sondern ausgezeichnet eingerichtet, die Liegen sind wirklich bequem mit dicken Polstern, die Wirlpools sind abgestuft angeordnet... u. v. m. ... entdeckt es einfach selbst. Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder.

Außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel. Zentral, schön, angenehm und entspannend. + Sehr gutes Frühstück und Dinner/Abendbrot. + Hervorragende Pools und SPA-Bereiche. Super Lage, extrem schöner Blick. + Besuch der Therme inklusive. E-Bikes vor Ort. + Die Promenade am Fluss ist gleich nebenan. Die Lauben sind 200 Meter entfernt. - Leider schließt der SPA-Bereich schon um 20:00 Uhr.
