For yoga retreats: Cancellation free of charge up to eight weeks before the start, 60% up to six weeks before the start, 80% up to four weeks before the start, then 100% of the agreed fee. Instead of a withdrawal by the customer, a substitute person can also be named.

Before I came to yoga, I worked for 10 years in various positions in large companies until I reached a point in my life where nothing seemed to make sense anymore. Through yoga, I learned to live more freely, happily and relaxed.
Since 2016, I have been self-employed with my brand Monkey Yoga and love to accompany groups with my yoga vacations several times a year.

The retreat package can only be booked with hotel accommodation.

Please note that room rates may vary depending on category, occupancy and availability.
In case of illness of the retreat leader
In the unexpected event that I am unable to lead the retreat at short notice due to illness or other reasons, an experienced replacement retreat leader will be appointed. The content and quality of the retreat will of course be guaranteed.
Cancellation conditions for the retreat fee:
- Up to 35 days before: If you cancel in writing by email up to 35 days before the retreat, you will be refunded the full price minus a processing fee of 25 euros.
- 35-21 days before: If you cancel between 35 and 21 days before the retreat, 50% of the retreat fee will be retained.
- Later than 21 days in advance: 80% of the retreat fee will be retained if you cancel later than 21 days in advance.
Please note the hotel's cancellation conditions separately.
I recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This will give you additional protection in case you are unable to attend for health reasons.

Check-in and check-out times
Good to know: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).
Elena's recommendation to get as much time as possible out of your luxury break:
If you can, take Friday off and don't come home until the evening on Sunday. Take the opportunity for early and/or late check-in & out and use the beautiful spa area all day Friday and Sunday.

About the retreat leader Elena Kuhlmann
Since 2018 I have been sharing my passion for yoga as an AYA certified yoga teacher, now with over 500H, meditation teacher, yin yoga teacher and founder of the brand "Wein Yoga by Elena" I love to explore the diversity of yoga and to find and pass on the experiences of my journey and the balance and equalization of all qualities in every moment. I love to be a part of your journey. In my classes you can expect not only physical movement, but also a journey to your heart. I like to combine dynamic asanas with breathing techniques and meditation, regenerating yin yoga and sounds that touch you deeply. Wine yoga for the senses and absolute joie de vivre. Every class is an invitation to meet yourself and to go deeper into your innermost pure self.
