About Christin Ola:I am Christin, a certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training. My passion for yoga and fitness flows into every one of my classes, where I teach everything from health insurance-certified yoga to specialized formats such as aerial yoga and barre workout to mommy fitness.My motto: "Physical and mental fitness are the key to practically every success in life."Yoga is more than just a practice on the mat - it's a way to find harmony between body and mind and unleash your full potential in every aspect of your life. Retreat level:For beginners & advanced practitioners. The retreat is unfortunately not suitable for pregnant women.This aerial retreat is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.

Check-in and check-out timesGood to know: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).
