The retreat is suitable for anyone who wants to get their body moving and improve their well-being - whether you are a beginner or an experienced Pilates enthusiast.
The program

- 1st Pilates session 17:00 - 18:00
- After arriving and getting to know each other, we start with a Pilates session that mobilizes and opens up the body. Rotations, gentle stretches and flowing movements release tension and create space for new energy. As the class progresses, we gently increase the intensity and integrate targeted strengthening exercises. Topic of the evening: How was your year?
- In a guided meditation, we take time to look back on the past few months. What has moved, strengthened or challenged you? A moment of reflection and conscious arrival.
- 19:30 Dinner together
- Saturday 14.11.26
- 2nd Pilates session from 08:30 - 09:30
- The day begins with a varied Pilates workout using the Pilates ball. Mobilization, strength and balance are the focus of this session. We use targeted exercises to promote stability, body awareness and an upright posture.
- Breakfast together and then time to use the spacious wellness area or enjoy nature. Forest bathing.
- 3rd Pilates session 17:00 - 18:30
- In the evening, an intensive and beneficial session for fascia, muscles and flexibility awaits you. With powerful and flowing exercises, we release tension, strengthen the body and create new energy for the coming winter season. Topic of the evening: The dark season - burden or opportunity? How do you experience the coming months? Are they rather challenging for you or do they offer the opportunity to calm down and recharge your batteries? Together, we will focus on self-care, inner balance and the question:
- How much time will you give yourself?
- A guided meditation rounds off the evening and invites you to consciously look inwards.

- 4th Pilates session from 9:00 - 10:00 am: At the end of the retreat, we will enjoy a calm, mobilizing and stretching Pilates class. Flowing movements, gentle mobilization and soothing stretching elements give you lightness and prepare you relaxed for the journey home.

Good to know
Overnight stays are booked directly through the hotel.
Our participants are provided with the hotel's break package with very generous inclusive services.
Full board and 5-course menu in the evening as well as use of thevery large spa & sauna area.
Prices vary depending on the room category (please let us know directly whether you would like a single room or a double room).
Price for the Pilates Retreat: 210 euros plus hotel services.
The Pilates retreat can only be booked in combination with two overnight stays at the Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort.

Check-in and check-out times
The rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).
