Experience the pristine nature of the Palatinate Forest together with Lisa at the 4* Hotel Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort. Spend 3 intensive days and experience a fine combination of yoga & meditation with Lisa Kauff, time for wellness, good conversation or simply to unwind.
What awaits you this weekend
4 yoga sessions: Look forward to powerful, flowing vinyasa yoga in the morning and calmer yang - yin yoga / fascia yoga in the evening. The focus is on creative sequences that playfully challenge you, are fun and bring you back into inner and outer balance.
Retreat level: For beginners & advanced practitioners. The retreat is unfortunately not suitable for pregnant women.
The yoga sessions take place in the hotel's light-flooded yoga room with wooden sprung floor.

Away from the hustle and bustle, the 4-star superior Hotel Pfalzblick is idyllically located in the Dahner Felsenland region with sweeping views over the Palatinate Forest. As soon as you enter the hotel, you are immersed in an absolute feel-good ambience...
All rooms have a balcony or terrace as a private retreat. The garden with sun loungers, sun islands and lounges, old trees and a picturesque little river invites you to relax and unwind.

About the retreat leader Lisa
As a certified yoga teacher (500 hrs RYT), meditation teacher and Ayurveda nutritionist, teaching yoga & a conscious lifestyle has been my heart's mission for 7 years. Before I came to yoga, I worked for 10 years in various positions in large companies until I reached a point in my life where nothing seemed to make sense anymore. Through yoga, I learned to live more freely, happily and relaxed.
Since 2016, I have been self-employed with my brand Monkey Yoga and love to accompany groups with my yoga vacations several times a year.

Fee for the yoga retreat package
Retreat fee: 289 €
excluding costs for accommodation and meals
Min. participants: 12 / Max. participants: 20
The retreat package can only be booked with hotel accommodation.
Simply book the retreat package by sending an email to lisa@monkeyyoga.de (I need your name, address and preferred dates).
Please note that room rates may vary depending on category, occupancy and availability.
In case of illness of the retreat leader
In the unexpected event that I am unable to lead the retreat at short notice due to illness or other reasons, an experienced replacement retreat leader will be appointed. The content and quality of the retreat will of course be guaranteed.
Cancellation conditions for the retreat fee:
- Up to 35 days before: If you cancel in writing by email up to 35 days before the retreat, you will be refunded the full price minus a processing fee of 25 euros.
- 35-21 days before: If you cancel between 35 and 21 days before the retreat, 50% of the retreat fee will be retained.
- Later than 21 days in advance: 80% of the retreat fee will be retained if you cancel later than 21 days in advance.
Please note the hotel's cancellation conditions separately.
I recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This will give you additional protection in case you are unable to attend for health reasons.
