The yogic focus of healing is less on diagnosis and subsequent therapy, but much more on body and breath awareness, sensitivity to personal vitality in order to shape life in a healing and mindful way.
Specific alignment details according to the principles of spiral dynamics provide a deep insight into the body, the laws of the spine and the joints. Inner images and compensation of muscular imbalances improve posture and reveal unfavorable stress patterns. Breathing exercises balance the body's energy supply. Recent studies have even shown that a regular yoga breathing sequence can sustainably lower blood pressure. Relaxation sequences are good for you, reduce stress levels, improve sleep quality and increase resilience.
Prāņa, the life force, can then be felt in the Āsanas, in the awareness of the breath and in silence.

About the retreat leaderChristiane Wolff is a BDY/EYU yoga teacher and yoga therapist, spiral dynamics expert, Ayurveda consultant and author. Her yoga classes are characterized by anatomical precision and spiritual depth. A deep connection to yoga, continuous further training and intensive collaboration with people from a wide range of disciplines can be experienced in her yoga style. She has published more than 15 yoga books. Some of them have won awards. She runs Flowing Om, a yoga and Pilates school, a yoga training institute and an Ayurveda practice in Frankfurt. There she offers yoga training courses, various workshops and Ayurveda training courses. In the Flowing OM podcast, she takes listeners into the world of yoga and her personal spirituality and shows them practical ideas for integrating yoga and Ayurveda into their lives with joy and depth.
