In GOLDBERG’s culinary world, regionality takes center stage. The kitchen team works with fresh ingredients from local producers, bakes bread daily, smokes their own bacon, and serves creative dishes inspired by forest and meadow. In summer, the Gastein Valley offers 350 kilometers of hiking trails, mountain lakes, and breathtaking summit tours. In winter, skiers can start directly from the hotel into the Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel ski area – ski-in, ski-out included.

At Tuberis, we not only work on your special moments of relaxation every day, but also try to cultivate a sustainable lifestyle in a variety of ways and with full conviction. We achieve this, among other things, with our photovoltaic system, which supplies us with electricity from the sun. We also use Venosta wood as a source of heat in the wood chip system, obtain many of our groceries directly from our own garden or cattle shed and for the rest we try to use zero-kilometer products whenever possible.
