Our breakfast chef will prepare eggs from happy chickens from the region for you or you can try our deliciously healthy porridge, which provides plenty of energy despite being low in calories. The MentalSpa resort offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on over 700m². From the spa area you have direct access to the wellness garden on the edge of the Fritschen forest.
