For years, the Sterr family has always followed the motto: quality instead of quantity, which is why the Wellnesshotel Sterr, with just 34 rooms and suites, has been one of the smallest four-star wellness hotels in the Bavarian Forest for years. Bergdorf Sterr: Less than 100 meters from the hotel, the six rustic old wood chalets are arranged around a peaceful swimming pond in a unique symbiosis with nature to form a small mountain village. Four chalets for two people and two chalets for four people captivate guests with their stylish, rustic charm. A successful example of privacy with an open fireplace, private sauna and outdoor whirlpool on the terrace. With their loving attention to detail, these chalets were and still are style-defining in the region. The Bergdorf is the epitome of relaxing coziness, and it is located very close to the hotel, which Bergdorf guests can use in all its diversity if they wish: whether garden, bar, restaurant or wellness area. Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).
