The direct location of our hotel on the lake invites you to go for walks and sporty outdoor activities, and our area is directly adjacent to the 18-hole course of the Schloss Haag golf club. The city of Geldern is located in North Rhine-Westphalia in close proximity to the Dutch border. Trips to the neighboring country are therefore possible spontaneously - also by bike, because the Lower Rhine is a paradise for cyclists.
In the See Park Terrassen restaurant, particular emphasis is placed on freshness and top quality. Regional specialties and vitality cuisine form the focus of the seasonally changing menu.
The special location of the hotel on the lake offers the perfect ambience to find inner balance and leave everyday life behind. All hotel areas offer a clear view of the Lower Rhine landscape. This also applies to the exclusive SPA area, to which over 8,000 square meters are reserved. In addition to the unique sauna world with 7 saunas and relaxation areas, a heated outdoor swimming pool and the panorama pool with a view of the lake and the golf course are available to guests. Holistic beauty programs, various relaxation rituals, classic and feel-good massages as well as beauty treatments for face and body make the See Park SPA an oasis of sensual experience. The private SPA suite is available to guests for an individual SPA experience. The wellness offer is rounded off by the well-equipped fitness area - also with a unique panoramic view. Professionally trained fitness trainers are happy to support guests with their individual training program and offer daily courses such as Pilates, aerobics and back training. The 24 panorama rooms in our new building offer absolute tranquility and a wonderful view of the lake. When it comes to the elegant furnishings, comfort comes first. Noble materials and warm colors create a cozy atmosphere, floor-to-ceiling windows open up a wide view over the lake into the green.

Whether challenging on the mountain or leisurely along the lakeshore, there are many opportunities for jogging and cycling in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Lindau Island and the old town of Bregenz can be reached withina 10 minute drive.
The Lake Constance community Lochau, with the striking local mountain Pfänder (1,064m), offers the ideal setting for an unclouded and impressive vacation enjoyment. Active vacations are just as possible here as a leisurely relaxing vacation. Water sports, hiking in magnificent scenery, boat trips on the lake and a wide range of cultural activities ensure unadulterated and lasting leisure enjoyment.

Discover the charm of nature combined with well thought-out luxury in the 34 modern rooms and junior suites in the main building as well as in the eight open-plan suites with magnificent lake views right next door. Equipped with stylish furniture and designer beds, bathroom with bathtub and/or rain shower, hairdryer, separate WC, bath bag with bathrobe and bath towel, air conditioning, telephone, radio, satellite TV, safe, minibar (included), Nespresso coffee machine and tea maker as well as WiFi, they offer all the amenities for your feel-good vacation. All rooms are also equipped with bed linen for allergy sufferers and are free from animal hair and plants.

Arrive - Enjoy - Relax. The family-run Fritsch on Lake is a feel-good hotel for adults aged 16 and over looking for peace and quiet - a place where happiness comes easily,

serenity is lived and health is strengthened . Authenticity, regionality and a mindful approach to people and nature are at the forefront here.
Built largely with materials from the surrounding area, the passive house with its floor-to-ceiling glazing blends harmoniously into the landscape. In the restaurant with sun terrace, you can enjoy culinary delights - regional, seasonal and freshly prepared - with a magnificent panoramic view and accompanied by wines from the hotel's own wine cellar. At the hotel bar you can end the day with cocktails and gin and rum specialties . The library with forest view and the wellness garden at the edge of the forest invite you to browse and relax. A lockable bicycle storage room , an e-charging station (for a fee), elevator and free parking at the house complete the offer. WLAN is available free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

Catering
Half board: Gourmet breakfast buffet with regional products and delicious egg dishes, afternoon wellness buffet in the restaurant between 13.00h and 16.00h, multi-course evening menu - choose from to to 5-course from the daily changing menu including vegetarian and vegan options. Food allergies and intolerances can be catered for if ordered in advance.
Regionality and seasonality are in the product selection in the kitchen in the foreground . The products used come in part from our own certified organic farm.

Wellness
The MentalSpa resort offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on over 700m². In the wellness area, which extends over two floors, you will find an indoor pool (approx. 30°C) with panoramic views, a sauna area with Finnish sauna, panorama sanarium, infrared sauna, brine and aroma steam bath and foot Kneipp pool as well as a relaxation room with tea bar and towels for free use. From the spa area you have direct access to the wellness garden on the edge of the Fritschen forest.

SPA Treatments
For a fee: Soothing or invigorating massages, skin-tightening treatments, relaxing body treatments and individual personal training sessions are optimally tailored to your needs with mental and health treatments on . Based on the four themes
"Mountain - Lake - Forest - Meadow", the range extends from massages such as full-body massages, including with warm and iced stones, herbal stamps and bee-gold honey, aroma massages, foot massage, back massage and head massage to full-body wraps and peelings, including detox wrap with salt mud and relaxation wrap with fango, to various bathing rituals - alone or as a couple. The offer is complemented by facial treatments for him and her, well ageing treatments as well as manicures and pedicures.

For a fee: The OASE Health Model© by Diana Sicher-Fritsch MSc is a holistic concept that helps people to reduce the tension between stress and resilience. It combines classic wellness & health treatments with psychosocial counseling from various fields, such as mental & systemic coaching, psychological counseling, life & business counseling, burnout prevention, as well as nutrition & exercise training. In addition, health, resilience and regeneration measurements are carried out using medical biofeedback, e.g. in the area of heart rate variability (HRV), sleep apnea measurement, as well as training in the area of regeneration, including respiratory sinus arrhythmia, breathing training and mental, emotional and physical relaxation training. The aim of is to sustainably improve the quality of life with individual and personalized short-term interventions in the protected setting of a wellness vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.

In addition to the breathtaking surroundings, the indoor area impresses above all with its professionalism and authenticity. The versatile spa and wellness landscape extends over a total of 4,000 m². The extensive pool landscape has a large indoor pool with integrated bubble loungers and massage jets as well as a splash shower. The panoramic whirlpool offers a fantastic view of the idyllic landscape from above. Depending on the weather, the outdoor pool can be used through the airlock. The sauna area has two outdoor log cabin saunas with a natural biotope, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam baths, Himalayan salt grotto, Kneipp pool and relaxation rooms. There is a separate ladies' sauna area with bio-sauna and loungers in the beauty pavilion. Anyone who takes a sauna, works out or swims laps naturally needs some well-earned relaxation afterwards. Comfortable loungers and double loungers with a fantastic view over the Black Forest and the beautiful sun terraces invite you to relax. There are also quiet islands for two to four people.

For more relaxation, there is a wide range of soothing treatments to choose from: massages, facial or body treatments, baths and wraps or traditional wellness rituals - alone or as a couple. The signature treatments from nature are also unique, such as special treatments with wild herbs from the Black Forest, massages with warm granite stones and fir oil or rubdowns with pine cones.

Original Ayurveda from Sri Lanka! Original Ayurveda treatments have been offered at the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee for more than 20 years. The Ayurveda center is integrated on a separate floor of the hotel and an Ayurveda doctor and specialists from Sri Lanka, the country of origin, carry out the holistic treatments. This means you can experience an Ayurveda cure with authentic treatments and experience the traditional philosophy of this millennia-old health teaching. The Ayurveda treatments, which last several days, include consultations, original Ayurveda treatments and the Ayurvedic nutritional concept. The team of therapists from Sri Lanka takes a sensitive and professional approach to the special needs and life situations of each individual guest, making each individual Ayurveda treatment a lasting pleasure.

Culinary: The aim of the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee is to offer hospitality at the highest level. This includes not only the best regional ingredients, but also imaginative creations. The legendary Vier Jahreszeiten gourmet breakfast buffet, for example, provides top-class indulgence, including a wide selection of gluten-, lactose- and dairy-free products. At lunchtime and in the afternoon, Café Gugelhupf invites you to enjoy small dishes and a large selection of cakes from the in-house patisserie. In the evening, 6-course menus with vegetarian / vegan alternatives or delicious à la carte dishes are offered in the panorama restaurant. The restaurant "Am Kachelofen" offers varied buffets with the best from the hotel's home region, the Black Forest, as part of the half-board (open depending on occupancy). In the cold winter months, the Schwiizer Stübli also opens for rustic fondue evenings. The evening ends with delicious cocktails at the carousel bar.

Sport & activity: Regardless of the season, the Black Forest offers unlimited outdoor opportunities. Whether hiking in the most beautiful natural surroundings, golfing on green meadows or cross-country skiing on well-developed trails. And if the weather doesn't play ball, the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee offers a wide range of indoor sports activities with or without supervision as well as well-equipped fitness areas. From A for entertainment to Z for informality - the hotel's guest services offer a varied program of activities and entertainment: sports and relaxation courses such as yoga or Pilates, guided hikes or e-bike tours, casino royal evenings with blackjack and roulette, quiz evenings and musical entertainment six evenings a week.

From June 2023, you can enjoy our four new styles of deluxe suite: each one with a different theme, unique design, whirlpool, and large terrace with sea view. These new suites will join the classical and elegant existing rooms to give you a holiday of pure comfort!

Our private beach is located directly in front of our hotel, where relaxation, music, and entertainment await. At the service area on the beach, you’ll find sun umbrellas, loungers, newspapers, beach towels, and everything you need to chill by the sea.
