Half board: Gourmet breakfast buffet with regional products and delicious egg dishes, afternoon wellness buffet in the restaurant between 13.00h and 16.00h, multi-course evening menu - choose from to to 5-course from the daily changing menu including vegetarian and vegan options. The MentalSpa resort offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on over 700m². For a fee: The OASE Health Model© by Diana Sicher-Fritsch MSc is a holistic concept that helps people to reduce the tension between stress and resilience. It combines classic wellness & health treatments with psychosocial counseling from various fields, such as mental & systemic coaching, psychological counseling, life & business counseling, burnout prevention, as well as nutrition & exercise training. In addition, health, resilience and regeneration measurements are carried out using medical biofeedback, e.g. in the area of heart rate variability (HRV), sleep apnea measurement, as well as training in the area of regeneration, including respiratory sinus arrhythmia, breathing training and mental, emotional and physical relaxation training. The aim of is to sustainably improve the quality of life with individual and personalized short-term interventions in the protected setting of a wellness vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.
