The spacious property has 111 rooms and suites in an impressive Art Nouveau building ensemble. The Gästehaus Halenberg welcomes arrivals in the spacious foyer, whose eye-catcher is God Bacchus, carved out of stone and enthroned above a soothingly rippling fountain. Guests can choose between modern rooms and suites in the Halenberg guest house and the tastefully furnished romantic rooms in the original guest houses. The detached Heimat & SPA Lodges on the mountain offer a very individual and discreet type of vacation.

Like the Gästehaus Halenberg, the SPA Frühlingsplätzchen is named after one of the premium vineyards on the Nahe. Covering an area of approx. 3,500m², the SPA is a wonderful place to relax in Finnish saunas, a bio sauna, steam baths, an indoor pool and whirlpool as well as five differently designed relaxation rooms. The wellness offer is complemented by outdoor attractions such as the Hubertus sauna, the 20-metre-long heated outdoor pool and the SPA garden by the river. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.
