The 43 rooms and 14 studios are perfectly proportioned and elegantly composed, and were designed by star architects NOA from Bolzano South Tyrol, alongside other areas such as the fine dining restaurant "Kantine Rosine", the "Queen Vicky Bar", the "Rosensaal Kino" and the unique SPA in the roof truss.

The unique and AHEAD Europe award-winning Premium SPA in the roof truss extends over almost 800 square meters on 2 floors. The highlight is the open and heated infinity pool with a direct view of the old town, which is open all year round. The traditional building from 1446 has been 90 percent renovated in recent years - the popular historic corners of the Parkhotel Adler, such as the parlor in the "Adler Stuben" restaurant, have been preserved. Countless locations on the 70,000 square meter estate with a small lake invite you to linger in comfort. These include the stylish hotel lobby with integrated bar and conservatory, the sunny restaurant terrace and the benches in the park with woodland and duck pond.

The park of the boutique resort hotel proves to be a rare refuge. It also forms the green backdrop for the modern glass construction of the wellness pavilion and the outdoor pool area with lounge and sunbathing lawn. Choose one of the 64 accommodations in an elegant boutique hotel style - all recently renovated. No two accommodation units in the hotel are the same - some have a balcony or terrace with a view of the greenery. The accommodation is located in different parts of the Black Forest House dating from 1639 or in the Belle Époque main building from the 19th century.

In the five individually designed rooms of the "Adler Stuben" restaurant in the Schwarzwaldhaus, Baden specialties and international seasonal dishes are served - in the very own interpretation of kitchen director and spice sommelier Bernhard König, who comes from the region and is committed to the Slow Food® philosophy. The hotel therefore also supports this initiative.

The room prices for adults include the gourmet board with extensive culinary services in the morning, at lunchtime, at tea time in the afternoon and in the evening, as well as many extras such as toboggan and mountain bike rental and the green fee for the 18-hole golf course next door.
