Under the motto "Your mood defines your food", the Klosterhof offers its guests a multi-course gourmet menu for three different types of gourmet, which has absolutely nothing to do with the classic half-board cuisine from the standard hotel industry. The young and ambitious head chef Sascha Förster places particular emphasis on exciting dishes with influences from Michelin-starred cuisine.
The combination of health and indulgence is integrated into the dishes with ease. This means you can experience an Ayurveda cure with authentic treatments and experience the traditional philosophy of this millennia-old health teaching.
