Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).

The entire spa area at Hotel Norica is dedicated to Celtic history and mythology. Unique design, selected materials and a well thought-out lighting and color concept ensure an optimal feel-good ambience.

The sauna area has two outdoor log cabin saunas with a natural biotope, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam baths, Himalayan salt grotto, Kneipp pool and relaxation rooms. There is a separate ladies' sauna area with bio-sauna and loungers in the beauty pavilion. Anyone who takes a sauna, works out or swims laps naturally needs some well-earned relaxation afterwards. Original Ayurveda from Sri Lanka! Original Ayurveda treatments have been offered at the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee for more than 20 years. The Ayurveda center is integrated on a separate floor of the hotel and an Ayurveda doctor and specialists from Sri Lanka, the country of origin, carry out the holistic treatments. This means you can experience an Ayurveda cure with authentic treatments and experience the traditional philosophy of this millennia-old health teaching. The Ayurveda treatments, which last several days, include consultations, original Ayurveda treatments and the Ayurvedic nutritional concept. The team of therapists from Sri Lanka takes a sensitive and professional approach to the special needs and life situations of each individual guest, making each individual Ayurveda treatment a lasting pleasure.

Culinary: The aim of the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee is to offer hospitality at the highest level. This includes not only the best regional ingredients, but also imaginative creations. The legendary Vier Jahreszeiten gourmet breakfast buffet, for example, provides top-class indulgence, including a wide selection of gluten-, lactose- and dairy-free products. At lunchtime and in the afternoon, Café Gugelhupf invites you to enjoy small dishes and a large selection of cakes from the in-house patisserie. In the evening, 6-course menus with vegetarian / vegan alternatives or delicious à la carte dishes are offered in the panorama restaurant. The restaurant "Am Kachelofen" offers varied buffets with the best from the hotel's home region, the Black Forest, as part of the half-board (open depending on occupancy). In the cold winter months, the Schwiizer Stübli also opens for rustic fondue evenings. The evening ends with delicious cocktails at the carousel bar.

Sport & activity: Regardless of the season, the Black Forest offers unlimited outdoor opportunities. Whether hiking in the most beautiful natural surroundings, golfing on green meadows or cross-country skiing on well-developed trails. And if the weather doesn't play ball, the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee offers a wide range of indoor sports activities with or without supervision as well as well-equipped fitness areas. The traditional building from 1446 has been 90 percent renovated in recent years - the popular historic corners of the Parkhotel Adler, such as the parlor in the "Adler Stuben" restaurant, have been preserved. Countless locations on the 70,000 square meter estate with a small lake invite you to linger in comfort. These include the stylish hotel lobby with integrated bar and conservatory, the sunny restaurant terrace and the benches in the park with woodland and duck pond.

The park of the boutique resort hotel proves to be a rare refuge. A historic rural building complex that has been transformed into a luxurious and refined location.
