As you can tell by name of the hotel, the amiable hoteliers place particular importance to their land and family: in fact, Santre is a mashup of "San" for Sant’Andrea and "tre" for three brothers.

Some of the modern hotel rooms have the wonderful view to the Zwischenahner lake. The two different restaurants spoil with regional cuisine with international influences. The gourmet restaurant “Apicius” is awarded with a Michelin Star. In both restaurants products from the garden are used: eggs from the own free-range chickens, herbs and vegetables from the own garden and the greenhouse. The wonderful landscape offers many leisure time activities as stand-up-paddling boards, pedal-boat on the own private beach. The surrounding area can be discovered by bicycle, Segway or foot.
