Guests taking part in the Schroth Cure can optimally combine activating therapeutic fasting with targeted exercise units for new energy, inner balance and a strengthened body feeling.

All five senses on the fifth floor: awaken your spirits at the very top of the Bergland! The Sky Spa above the rooftops of Sölden is breathtaking. A 2,200 m² wellness retreat with a constant view of the mountains surrounding Sölden. The local mountain, Nederkogl, a three-thousand-meter peak, greets bathers in the indoor pool as well as in the panoramic outdoor whirlpool. Here you can swim in revitalized Grander water, which is also used throughout the hotel to refresh body and soul.

The sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, bio sauna and textile sauna is a hot spot in the truest sense of the word. Cool down and relax in the varied relaxation and rest areas. Skin contact with nature is the order of the day here: relaxing in the "Heustadel" is a feast for the senses amidst fragrant hay beds filled with hay from the hotel's own farm.

"Signature Treatment" is the formula for inner and outer beauty at "Sky Beauty". There are no standardized treatments, only individual cosmetic and therapeutic applications. We would like to accompany you on snowshoe and winter hikes to the idyllic snow-covered places of the Hohe Tauern National Park and show you personally how renewing it can be to walk at eye level with nature.
