There is also a mountain cave pool terrace and indoor pool, also with a magnificent view of the Omeshorn, the local mountain. The extended relaxation rooms also look in this direction and the Swiss stone pine room in particular increases the level of relaxation thanks to the delicate scent of this wood. The fitness room and adjoining yoga and meditation room offer space for conscious movement.

Plant-based alpine cuisine with delicious vitamin bombs, detoxing with vegan-vegetarian, alkaline and ketogenic menus, through to dishes that are familiar to us: Grandma's recipes, traditionally prepared the way we've always loved them. Half board: Gourmet breakfast buffet with regional products and delicious egg dishes, afternoon wellness buffet in the restaurant between 13.00h and 16.00h, multi-course evening menu - choose from to to 5-course from the daily changing menu including vegetarian and vegan options. Food allergies and intolerances can be catered for if ordered in advance.

The MentalSpa resort offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on over 700m². From the spa area you have direct access to the wellness garden on the edge of the Fritschen forest.
