His dishes reveal many an extravagant combination that merge into a surprising symbiosis after the first bite. The Secret Forest Fine Dining Experience was awarded two golden forks by Falstaff after its first year and is a "must" for every gourmet.

We would like to accompany you on snowshoe and winter hikes to the idyllic snow-covered places of the Hohe Tauern National Park and show you personally how renewing it can be to walk at eye level with nature.
