The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.

In addition to the breathtaking surroundings, the indoor area impresses above all with its professionalism and authenticity. The versatile spa and wellness landscape extends over a total of 4,000 m². The extensive pool landscape has a large indoor pool with integrated bubble loungers and massage jets as well as a splash shower. The panoramic whirlpool offers a fantastic view of the idyllic landscape from above. Depending on the weather, the outdoor pool can be used through the airlock. The sauna area has two outdoor log cabin saunas with a natural biotope, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam baths, Himalayan salt grotto, Kneipp pool and relaxation rooms. There is a separate ladies' sauna area with bio-sauna and loungers in the beauty pavilion. Anyone who takes a sauna, works out or swims laps naturally needs some well-earned relaxation afterwards. The Ayurveda center is integrated on a separate floor of the hotel and an Ayurveda doctor and specialists from Sri Lanka, the country of origin, carry out the holistic treatments. This means you can experience an Ayurveda cure with authentic treatments and experience the traditional philosophy of this millennia-old health teaching. The Ayurveda treatments, which last several days, include consultations, original Ayurveda treatments and the Ayurvedic nutritional concept. The team of therapists from Sri Lanka takes a sensitive and professional approach to the special needs and life situations of each individual guest, making each individual Ayurveda treatment a lasting pleasure.

Culinary: The aim of the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee is to offer hospitality at the highest level. This includes not only the best regional ingredients, but also imaginative creations.
