Experience a perfect symbiosis of wellness, relaxation and indulgence in the exclusive restaurant "Zum Schlösschen", the culinary heart of the resort. Local and seasonal ingredients are arranged to create visually appealing culinary delights. Pure, uncomplicated, modern - often with a twist and nuances from distant lands. As the Moselle is considered the most important wine-growing region in Germany, head chef Kristof Nemes compiles the entire menu in close collaboration with hotel manager Marcel Burbach, who is a proven wine connoisseur and lover. If you want to treat yourself to a nightcap in the evening after feasting in a sophisticated atmosphere and with lively conversation, then Betty's Bar is the place for you. Betty Langner, probably the coolest barkeeper on the Moselle, mixes the best drinks with personal finesse.

The Spa am See is located between the two buildings that make up the Wellnesshotel Ritzenhof. Five days a week, we invite you on a special culinary journey of discovery through ...liebes Rot-Flüh, where you can dine in our restaurants at no extra charge. Start your day with an unobstructed view of Lake Haldensee in our breakfast room. The aroma of fresh bread and pastries fills the air. Our breakfast chef will prepare eggs from happy chickens from the region for you or you can try our deliciously healthy porridge, which provides plenty of energy despite being low in calories. At lunchtime, you can dine in the Grotto Vale Pino or on the pool terrace, where quality Alpine products are prepared with plenty of Mediterranean sophistication. In the afternoon, you can enjoy coffee and a variety of cakes from our in-house patisserie in the Montanara Hall. In the evening, you have a free choice between gastronomic excellence in "La Cascata nobile" or a delicious 3-course menu, which you can select from our a la carte menu in the "Via Mala" experience restaurant.
