From June 2023, you can enjoy our four new styles of deluxe suite: each one with a different theme, unique design, whirlpool, and large terrace with sea view. These new suites will join the classical and elegant existing rooms to give you a holiday of pure comfort!

Our private beach is located directly in front of our hotel, where relaxation, music, and entertainment await. At the service area on the beach, you’ll find sun umbrellas, loungers, newspapers, beach towels, and everything you need to chill by the sea. A food & beverage service is also available so that you can enjoy snacks and drinks on your loungers.

Besides its location right by the sea, our hotel has a large outdoor area with whirlpool, children’s pool, terrace with loungers, and refreshment area. Our hotel features a modern fitness room with cardio equipment and space for calisthenics, new from 2023.

If you want even more, you can reach the renowned Bibione Thermae wellness centre through the comfortable, heated underground tunnel. Here, deluxe wellness moments await you in the SPA Beauty Farm, in the garden, and in the solarium. Thermal baths, whirlpools, saunas, steam baths … Everything you need to enjoy moments of pure relaxation! And the sea view is included!

Your days at Savoy Hotel Beach start with a rich breakfast with sea view and continue with varied delicacies, each accompanied by the perfect wine. It goes without saying that freshly caught fish and genuine Italian pasta are part of the menu, along with fruit and vegetables from our own garden. Our kitchen team prepares every dish with passion. For gourmands, there are also homemade desserts from our own pastry chef.

If you can’t get enough of culinary delights, look forward to a special highlight: an à-la-carte dinner at Duca d’Aosta gourmet restaurant.

The 5-star sports and pleasure hotel Silvretta in the heart of Ischgl has been run by the Zangerl family since it was established in 1930 and has retained its family atmosphere to this day.

In winter as well as in summer, guests experience warm attention and genuine Tyrolean hospitality. With the "sports and enjoyment" concept, every guest has the opportunity to choose their own focus for the holiday.

Another highlight of the hotel is the Vital.Spa Silvretta.Mondin. In our VITAL.SPA you will find the perfect balance to your sporting activities in nature. From traditional Tyrolean cuisine in the WIARTSHAUS or KITZLOCH restaurant to pizzas and Italian delicacies in the BÄRAFALLA restaurant or a delicious menu in the ALPIN half-board restaurant. Whether traditional, rustic or exclusive, there is something for every taste. Products from the in-house farm "Maashof" and from our own "Larein Alpe" are used in all restaurants. The Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Eiden am See, is a family-run hotel in the 5th generation. Family zur Brügge invests a lot of passion and work in the hotel. Some of the modern hotel rooms have the wonderful view to the Zwischenahner lake. The two different restaurants spoil with regional cuisine with international influences. The gourmet restaurant “Apicius” is awarded with a Michelin Star. In both restaurants products from the garden are used: eggs from the own free-range chickens, herbs and vegetables from the own garden and the greenhouse. The wonderful landscape offers many leisure time activities as stand-up-paddling boards, pedal-boat on the own private beach. The surrounding area can be discovered by bicycle, Segway or foot.

Or you can enjoy the soothing warmth of the sauna area with Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath, brine and herbal bath.

In summer, enjoy the peace and quiet in the idyllic wellness garden with sunbathing islands. Culinary delights

Thomas Gerber and his team impress with classic compositions interpreted in an innovative way and can look forward to 1 Michelin Guide star and 4 toques in "Der grosse Restaurant und Hotel Guide" for Oswald's Gourmetstube. Quality at the highest level awaits you.

As part of Oswald's gourmet board, you can look forward to an extensive breakfast buffet, salads, soups and snacks at lunchtime and homemade cakes and coffee in the afternoon. In the evening, our team will spoil you with a 5-course menu of your choice.

In the morning the sun rises over the peaks, in the evening the lights sparkle in the valley. In this absolute top location on a sun-drenched south-facing slope above Burgeis, every corner of DAS GERSTL Alpine Retreat opens up views that you will never forget, just like the warm, down-to-earth hospitality of the owner family Gerstl.

At 1,500 meters above sea level, guests can enjoy pleasant temperatures even in the warmer months, while relaxing in the open air on box seats by the 18-meter-long, year-round heated infinity pool, on cosy day beds or in the outdoor whirlpool in the sauna garden. Relax, read a good book, take a dip in one of the pools, let your gaze and thoughts wander - all of this is possible at Hotel Gerstl.

The exclusive suites also invite you to do nothing. The new 60 square meter pool suite with a private infinity pool and whirlpool, a large veranda and its own garden for undisturbed togetherness is certainly a special experience. The pleasant vacation feeling of lightness and light-heartedness spreads at the latest during a floating aperitif in the cool water.

If you do want to leave the retreat, there are hikes to nearby Switzerland, mountain bike trails, irrigation canals along historic irrigation channels or a visit to the smallest town in the Southern Alps: the medieval town of Glurns. The Gerstl team also offers daily guided excursions, from guided e-bike tours to joint forest bathing.

After a day full of activities and fresh mountain air, the evening ends with a delicious, multi-course meal. For all their innovative spirit, the Gerstl family relies on tried and tested dishes: the hotel's regionally oriented cuisine, which sources its products from the surrounding area to support the farmers in the valley and protect the environment with short transportation routes, is already a tradition. Once a week on r30 Day, all ingredients even come from within a radius of no more than thirty kilometers - this is when the creativity of head chef Michael Ziernheld and his team is particularly in demand. It is clear how much everyone is behind this concept. When the first elderflowers can be harvested in early summer, for example, fresh blossoms from many of the employees' gardens are brought to the hotel for processing. Fruit, herbs and berries are also grown locally by the GERSTL Unique team. If you would like to take a look behind the scenes of the Gerstl's gourmet workshop, you can do so at the weekly kitchen party. Here, culinary delights are celebrated in a special way and guests are invited to watch the chefs prepare dinner and collect the delicacies from the kitchen in person. If that's not enough, book an exclusive evening at Gerstl's Chef's Table in the middle of the action in the hotel kitchen.

The extent to which the family is rooted in the region is illustrated not only by the r30 philosophy in the food, but also by its continuation in other areas: Building materials are sourced locally wherever possible and are processed by local craftspeople, the cosmetic products are made from regional ingredients and even the staff almost all come from within a radius of just 30 kilometers.
