The Good Life Resort Riederalm is located directly at the valley station of the Asitzbahn, making it the perfect starting point for outdoor adventures: In winter, you are on vacation in the heart of one of Austria's largest ski areas, the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. Unlimited skiing fun awaits you here with over 270 kilometers of pistes and 70 modern lifts.
And in summer, the Asitzbahn takes you to the hiking and biking paradise in just a few minutes: 400 km of hiking trails and more than 90 km of bike routes ensure plenty of adventure, fun and action on your active vacation. A very special highlight is the Epic Bikepark Leogang: right on the doorstep of the Riederalm, both mountain bike "rookies" and bike "pros" get their money's worth.

The Große Walsertal Biosphere Reserve is located in the Austrian province of Vorarlberg and extends in the middle of Vorarlberg in an easterly to north-easterly direction towards the mountainous center of the province. In 2000, the Große Walsertal was designated a model region by UNESCO as a "biosphere park" due to its particularly outstanding and diverse nature. The highlight of the wellness area at the ADLER Thermae are the pools filled with hot thermal water that comes directly from the natural spring of Bagno Vignoni; the water temperature at the spring is around 50° C, but is reduced to 36° C in the pool.
Authenticity and quality are paramount at the ADLER Spa: charming, well-trained staff pamper guests with fragrant organic products and an atmosphere of peace and serenity prevails in the relaxation rooms.

ADLERMED
The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.
