As the Moselle is considered the most important wine-growing region in Germany, head chef Kristof Nemes compiles the entire menu in close collaboration with hotel manager Marcel Burbach, who is a proven wine connoisseur and lover. The "Tirler Dolomites Living Hotel" was the first hotel in Italy to be awarded the ECARF quality seal for allergy-friendliness.
