The highlight of the wellness area at the ADLER Thermae are the pools filled with hot thermal water that comes directly from the natural spring of Bagno Vignoni; the water temperature at the spring is around 50° C, but is reduced to 36° C in the pool.

ADLERMED
The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.

The ****S wellness hotel is a retreat for adults only, where the needs of guests aged 16 and over who are looking for relaxation are catered for. Nestled in the gentle hills of the thermal and volcanic region, you are very close to nature and the region invites you to actively explore. The kitchen team at the Spa Resort Styria pampers the palate of its guests with a rich breakfast buffet and delicious 6-course gourmet menus or an extra portion of romance with a candlelight dinner. Cycling, Nordic walking, (wine) hiking, tennis or golf - the resort is an ideal starting point for moving moments, as a balance to the wellness treatments and sweet idleness. Cyclists can rent an e-bike directly from the hotel and have countless pleasure kilometers and 14 themed cycle paths in front of their handlebars. Pleasure hikers stop between the vineyards at a wine tavern. But golfers are also in absolute pole position here, because the 18-hole course of the Bad Waltersdorf golf club welcomes them directly opposite the resort.

Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).
