Bergdorf Sterr: Less than 100 meters from the hotel, the six rustic old wood chalets are arranged around a peaceful swimming pond in a unique symbiosis with nature to form a small mountain village. Four chalets for two people and two chalets for four people captivate guests with their stylish, rustic charm. A successful example of privacy with an open fireplace, private sauna and outdoor whirlpool on the terrace. With their loving attention to detail, these chalets were and still are style-defining in the region. The Bergdorf is the epitome of relaxing coziness, and it is located very close to the hotel, which Bergdorf guests can use in all its diversity if they wish: whether garden, bar, restaurant or wellness area. As a chalet guest, of course, you don't have to do without any amenities.

The Spa am See is located between the two buildings that make up the Wellnesshotel Ritzenhof. The underground wellness oasis opens directly onto the shore of Lake Ritzensee with a private sunbathing lawn. There you can doze in one of the shell and floating loungers with the sound of the reeds in your ears. An indoor pool, Finnish sauna, textile sauna, steam bath, sanarium, infrared cabin and massages or beauty treatments tailored to your individual needs await you in the spa by the lake.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right past the spa and provides access to the region's extensive network of trails. Some people also chase their childhood memories on ice skates on the frozen Ritzensee or simply warm themselves by the flickering fire.

The stylishly furnished rooms and suites are deliberately kept simple; nothing should distract from the essentials. From June 2023, you can enjoy our four new styles of deluxe suite: each one with a different theme, unique design, whirlpool, and large terrace with sea view. These new suites will join the classical and elegant existing rooms to give you a holiday of pure comfort!

Our private beach is located directly in front of our hotel, where relaxation, music, and entertainment await. At the service area on the beach, you’ll find sun umbrellas, loungers, newspapers, beach towels, and everything you need to chill by the sea. A food & beverage service is also available so that you can enjoy snacks and drinks on your loungers.

Besides its location right by the sea, our hotel has a large outdoor area with whirlpool, children’s pool, terrace with loungers, and refreshment area. Our hotel features a modern fitness room with cardio equipment and space for calisthenics, new from 2023.

If you want even more, you can reach the renowned Bibione Thermae wellness centre through the comfortable, heated underground tunnel. Your days at Savoy Hotel Beach start with a rich breakfast with sea view and continue with varied delicacies, each accompanied by the perfect wine. It goes without saying that freshly caught fish and genuine Italian pasta are part of the menu, along with fruit and vegetables from our own garden. Our kitchen team prepares every dish with passion. For gourmands, there are also homemade desserts from our own pastry chef.

The highlight of the wellness area at the ADLER Thermae are the pools filled with hot thermal water that comes directly from the natural spring of Bagno Vignoni; the water temperature at the spring is around 50° C, but is reduced to 36° C in the pool.

The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.
