All five senses on the fifth floor: awaken your spirits at the very top of the Bergland! The Sky Spa above the rooftops of Sölden is breathtaking. A 2,200 m² wellness retreat with a constant view of the mountains surrounding Sölden. The local mountain, Nederkogl, a three-thousand-meter peak, greets bathers in the indoor pool as well as in the panoramic outdoor whirlpool. Here you can swim in revitalized Grander water, which is also used throughout the hotel to refresh body and soul.

The sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, bio sauna and textile sauna is a hot spot in the truest sense of the word. Cool down and relax in the varied relaxation and rest areas. Skin contact with nature is the order of the day here: relaxing in the "Heustadel" is a feast for the senses amidst fragrant hay beds filled with hay from the hotel's own farm.

"Signature Treatment" is the formula for inner and outer beauty at "Sky Beauty". There are no standardized treatments, only individual cosmetic and therapeutic applications. The program is put together after a detailed initial consultation and fits the guest's personal needs like the proverbial key to a lock. The gourmet worlds at Bergland are divided into the hotel restaurant with 190 seats and the à la carte restaurant "Wine & Dine". Not only are the hotel's 67 rooms and suites spacious, but also the entire 130,000 square meter hotel park. There is plenty of space in the coastal forest for vacation apartments and separate country houses, many of which are traditionally thatched. Guests decide for themselves how much hotel service they want.

Relaxation and slowing down or sporting power, active vacations and exercise in nature - the boundaries are fluid here, one thing leads to another. Optimal conditions have been created for this: the FISCHLAND SPA- & SPORTWELT with 4500 square meters, which is unparalleled on the Baltic Sea coast. The glass fronts in front of the indoor pool offer a view of the greenery. The sauna area also includes an outdoor sauna in the dunes with access to the Baltic Sea.

Indoor and outdoor tennis court. Badminton. A fitness area equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment. Yoga, Pilates, circuit training or aqua aerobics - guests can choose from the daily course and activity program. In the open air, there are tennis and badminton courts, a fitness trail through the forest and bike hire. In summer, kitesurfing and surfing are practiced on the hotel beach. A special experience: tennis on the dunes. Golf courses and riding arenas are not far away either; the hotel cooperates with regular partners. Underthe direction of sports manager Axel Ritter, beginners and advanced are advised and accompanied by experts. The distances are short, the barriers low to enjoy sport at your own pace or under professional guidance. The Fischland shares thedunes, pine forest and long beachwith its sister hotel, the Strandhotel Dünenmeer. Guests can enjoy all of the resort's amenities on both sides. The 800 meters between the hotels can be bridged by a shuttle service if required - or a walk. Fine, fresh and healthy cuisine is part of the program: guests can try out all the restaurants and bars during "Dining around" - from the family restaurant in "Fischland" to the "Strandläufer" in "Dünenmeer", even directly in the dunes - in "Blockhus" or "Strandbude".
