The Green Hotel Gräflicher Park sources around 80 percent of its food from farmers and companies in the region. Most of the game meat, for example, comes from the count's own hunting grounds. Not only are the hotel's 67 rooms and suites spacious, but also the entire 130,000 square meter hotel park. The Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Eiden am See, is a family-run hotel in the 5th generation. Family zur Brügge invests a lot of passion and work in the hotel. Some of the modern hotel rooms have the wonderful view to the Zwischenahner lake. The two different restaurants spoil with regional cuisine with international influences. The gourmet restaurant “Apicius” is awarded with a Michelin Star. In both restaurants products from the garden are used: eggs from the own free-range chickens, herbs and vegetables from the own garden and the greenhouse. The Spa am See is located between the two buildings that make up the Wellnesshotel Ritzenhof. The underground wellness oasis opens directly onto the shore of Lake Ritzensee with a private sunbathing lawn. There you can doze in one of the shell and floating loungers with the sound of the reeds in your ears. An indoor pool, Finnish sauna, textile sauna, steam bath, sanarium, infrared cabin and massages or beauty treatments tailored to your individual needs await you in the spa by the lake.
