In the process, many typical regional specialties from recipes handed down will be served. The Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Eiden am See, is a family-run hotel in the 5th generation. Family zur Brügge invests a lot of passion and work in the hotel. The gourmet restaurant “Apicius” is awarded with a Michelin Star.
